Community Relations Representative Behavioral Health | NYC / New Jersey | Remote + Travel) or Phoenix Region
A nationally recognized behavioral health provider is seeking a Community Relations Representative to expand its footprint in the New York / New Jersey region. The organization offers a full continuum of care for addiction, trauma, and mental health—combining evidence-based treatment, neurotechnology, and holistic wellness in luxury settings across the U.S.
This role is ideal for a polished, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in consultative sales and can speak credibly within the behavioral-health and clinical community. The position involves building trusted referral relationships, driving qualified admissions, and representing a premium brand known for its innovation and integrity.
What You’ll Bring
• Radpidly commands attention and builds trust with referral partners
• Experienced in selling or representing high-end treatment programs
• Actively connected within behavioral health, addiction, or mental-health networks
• Polished, professional, accountable, and metrics-driven
• Able to hold credible clinical conversations and understand complex client models
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM-based relationship management
• Willing to travel regionally; comfortable with performance-based compensation (90–180-day ramp)
• Must fit the brand image and bring an existing referral network or book of business
Role Highlights
• Represent the organization with professionalism in the NYC / NJ or Phoenix markets
• Drive new referrals and “get prospects in the door”
• Build and maintain a robust referral database of trusted partners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
• 5+ years of behavioral health or healthcare business-development experience
